The head shape of a Filipino man has changed in a way that is no longer recognizable, after his head has tripled. Romulo Bellabell, 56, suffered a health condition three years ago, suffered from itchy eyes and a runny nose. He was initially diagnosed with sinusitis, but after two weeks his condition did not improve and his face began to swell. The case of Bellabile shocked the doctors on the island of Leti, and recommended that he travel to Manila for treatment, but his family was unable to send him, and continued to deteriorate. Bellabeel lost his sight when his eyelids swelled up, forcing him to stop working. His children were forced to leave school and look for work to support the family, as well as rotating their parents' care, according to the British Daily Mail. The last visit by Bellabeel to the doctor in 2018, and the family did not abide by the dates of visits to the hospital, because doctors did not have anything to treat this rare case.

A video has spread for the children in school in uniforms dancing in immoral inside the school in Cuba across social networking sites.
The Daily Mail Web site, mentioned that Jorge Luis Perez, the father of one of the boys, posted this video proudly over his own account on Facebook but soon deleted after sharp criticism he received.
