His head size doubles due to mysterious illness

The head shape of a Filipino man has changed in a way that is no longer recognizable, after his head has tripled. Romulo Bellabell, 56, suffered a health condition three years ago, suffered from itchy eyes and a runny nose. He was initially diagnosed with sinusitis, but after two weeks his condition did not improve and his face began to swell. The case of Bellabile shocked the doctors on the island of Leti, and recommended that he travel to Manila for treatment, but his family was unable to send him, and continued to deteriorate. Bellabeel lost his sight when his eyelids swelled up, forcing him to stop working. His children were forced to leave school and look for work to support the family, as well as rotating their parents' care, according to the British Daily Mail. The last visit by Bellabeel to the doctor in 2018, and the family did not abide by the dates of visits to the hospital, because doctors did not have anything to treat this rare case.

Why muslim pray 5 times in a day ?

Prayer is worship of Allah (God). Muslims have to make salah 5 times a day. Before Salah, Muslims prepare themselves by performing Wudu (Ablution) which involves cleaning the hands, face, arms, head and feet.
The basic philosophy of Islam is that no one is forced to do anything. No one can force you and you cannot force anyone.

Early in building his base for Islam, Muhammad had a dream or night vision that was so unbelievable so in hadith and in the Quran when Mohammad (pbuh) visited Heaven, Allah (swt) gave him 50 prayers in day. Then Mohammad (pbuh) spoke with Moses who tells him that it is not possible and that it would be really hard to encourage his followers to do that. So after a discussions like that, Allah (swt) gave Mohammad (pbuh) 5 prayers and that what he gave his followers.

It is not forced on anyone to do the five prayers but it is Gods word. All Muslims will be questioned about the prayers and the fasting and zakaat etc on the Day of Judgment.
