The head shape of a Filipino man has changed in a way that is no longer recognizable, after his head has tripled. Romulo Bellabell, 56, suffered a health condition three years ago, suffered from itchy eyes and a runny nose. He was initially diagnosed with sinusitis, but after two weeks his condition did not improve and his face began to swell. The case of Bellabile shocked the doctors on the island of Leti, and recommended that he travel to Manila for treatment, but his family was unable to send him, and continued to deteriorate. Bellabeel lost his sight when his eyelids swelled up, forcing him to stop working. His children were forced to leave school and look for work to support the family, as well as rotating their parents' care, according to the British Daily Mail. The last visit by Bellabeel to the doctor in 2018, and the family did not abide by the dates of visits to the hospital, because doctors did not have anything to treat this rare case.

      Japanese judicial authorities was sentenced last Thursday, two-year suspended sentence on a man who had a sexual relationship with 12 000 women, including three minors during his stay in the Philippines. The man named Yohei Takashima, aged 65, was arrested in April after the girl thirteen-year-old submitted filed a lawsuit against him. The judge said during sentencing, "It is unfortunate and shameful for Yohei Takashima that exploits poor girls." Yohei which he was working as a teacher said that he first began having sexual relations in exchange for money since it began teaching in Manila in 1988 and then had a sexual relationship with 12 thousand and 600 women ranging in age between twelve and seventy.
