The head shape of a Filipino man has changed in a way that is no longer recognizable, after his head has tripled. Romulo Bellabell, 56, suffered a health condition three years ago, suffered from itchy eyes and a runny nose. He was initially diagnosed with sinusitis, but after two weeks his condition did not improve and his face began to swell.
